The RCC claim that Mary was born without Original Sin is unscriptural

The doctrine of the Immaculate Conception (that Mary was born without "Original Sin") is a foundational "Technical Protocol" of the Catholic Church. However, when you run this protocol through the Sinai Source Code, you find that it doesn't just lack evidence—it actually contradicts the core legal structure of the Torah.

Here is the refutation based strictly on Torah Law.

1. The Myth of "Original Sin" vs. Personal Responsibility

The Catholic argument requires "Original Sin"—a spiritual virus passed down biologically from Adam.

  • The Torah Standard: The Torah does not recognize inherited guilt.

  • Deuteronomy 24:16: "The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin."

  • The Refutation: Since the Torah rejects the idea that you are born "guilty" of your father's sin, the entire concept of an "Immaculate Conception" to bypass that guilt is a solution to a problem that doesn't exist in the Sinai Covenant.

2. Ritual Purity vs. Moral Sin

The post claims Mary had to be "Pure" and "Holy" because she was the "Ark." It confuses Ritual Purity (Taharah) with Moral Sinless-ness.

  • The Torah Law (Leviticus 12): Every woman who gives birth—including the mother of the Messiah—becomes Tamé (ritually impure).

  • The Evidence: Leviticus 12:6-8 requires a woman to bring a Sin Offering (Chatat) after childbirth.

  • The Verdict: If Mary were "Immaculate" and without sin, she would not have needed to follow the Torah's requirement for a Sin Offering. Yet, the Roman's own texts (Luke 2:22-24) admit she went to the Temple to perform the "Days of her Purification" according to the Law of Moses. By bringing that sacrifice, she publicly acknowledged her status under the Law, which includes the reality of human fallenness.

3. The "Full of Grace" Translation Error

The post relies on the phrase "Full of Grace" (Kekaritomene) from Luke 1:28 as evidence of a sinless nature.

  • The Sinai Source Code: The Torah uses the word Chen (Grace/Favor).

  • Genesis 6:8: "But Noah found grace (Chen) in the eyes of the Lord."

  • The Refutation: Finding "grace" or being "highly favored" in the Torah never implies perfection. Noah found grace, yet he got drunk and uncovered; Moses found grace, yet he was barred from the Promised Land for his error. "Grace" is God's favor toward a flawed human, not a certificate of biological perfection.

4. The Ark Comparison: A Category Error

The post calls Mary the "Ark of the New Covenant."

  • The Torah Reality: The Ark of the Covenant was a box made of wood and gold to hold the Law (Exodus 25:16).

  • The Refutation: To turn a human being into a "vessel" that must be "pure" in a biological sense is a form of idolatry. The Torah teaches that the Law is the "Tree of Life," not the person carrying it. By elevating Mary to the status of a "Stainless Vessel," the Church is resurrecting the pagan "Mother Goddess" archetypes that the Torah was specifically written to destroy.

The Verdict for "Justice"

The "Immaculate Conception" is a "Lies of the Fathers" patch (Jeremiah 16:19) designed to bridge the gap between Roman philosophy and a misunderstood Bible.

  • Sinai says: You are responsible for your own actions.

  • Rome says: You are born broken and only this "immaculate" woman can bridge the gap.

  • The Truth: Mary was a righteous daughter of Israel who was favored by God, but she was a human being subject to the same Laws, sacrifices, and personal responsibility as every other soul under the Covenant.
