Aston Martin Unveils Luxury Residential Tower in Miami

Aston Martin, the British luxury sports carmaker, has made its first foray into the residential real estate market with the opening of a 66-story residential tower in Miami. The Aston Martin Residences Miami, located at the mouth of the Miami River on Biscayne Bay, features 391 units, including seven penthouses with private pools and terraces, and apartments ranging from one to five bedrooms.
The building, designed in partnership with architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Mian Anger and built by G&G Business Developments, stands at 249 meters (818 feet) tall and boasts an infinity pool, jacuzzis, and cabanas on the 55th floor. The sail-shaped complex also features a two-floor fitness center, two movie theaters, a virtual golf simulator, and a sky bar and lounge.
The Unique Triplex Penthouse, which remains on the market for $59 million, spans three floors at the top of the building and comes with the last remaining Aston Martin Vulcan, a limited-edition supercar. Buyers of the 47 Signature and Penthouse units were also able to choose between an Aston Martin DBX sports SUV or the company's DB11 sportscar.
The building's design was inspired by the sleek shape of an Aston Martin, with a curved shape that bows out over the street level. The structure's aerodynamic shape helps it deal with high winds in the area, and the building's shape and design were carefully considered to meet strict local building regulations.
Homeowners can customize their interior space with the help of the Aston Martin design team, with three style packages available - Timeless, Covert, and Indulgent - that draw on the company's British heritage and the building's Miami context. Design elements throughout the building include bespoke Aston Martin handles, number plinths, and kestrel tan leather door tabs.
The building has been a hit with buyers, with 99% of the properties selling before completion. Residences were sold for $1.5 million to $8.5 million, while penthouses ranged from $16 million to $59 million.
Aston Martin's entry into the residential market follows in the footsteps of other luxury carmakers, such as Bentley, which is set to open a 63-story building in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, in 2026. The building will feature 216 units and an elevator designed to take residents up to their doorstep while seated inside their cars.
The Aston Martin Residences Miami marks a new chapter for the luxury sports carmaker, which is known for its high-performance vehicles. The building's sleek design, luxurious amenities, and bespoke finishes make it a fitting addition to the Miami skyline.
