Is Obama care improving healthcare in the US?

Is Obama care improving healthcare in the US?

What is the benefit to the man on the Street?

As with any new strategy there are always those who are for the strategy and also those who are against and likewise in the case of Obama care there are some people who are very positive especially about the fact that approximately 10,000,000 new people who have registered in this healthcarescheme which is expected to make a substantial difference to the lives of people living with medical debt. There was also increase in the number of health insurance companies who have implemented new plans to accommodate the man on the street giving them a fighting chance against medical debt and it is expected that the competition between different companies could provide the consumer with more choice which is a good thing because in the long run it will ensure that health insurance prices will stay relatively low which once again could help to manage medical debt. According to specialists in the healthcare industry the number of US citizens that were without insurance has been reduced significantly and the cost of that insurance is also at acceptable levels to better accommodate low income people thereby further reducing medical debt. Even more remarkable is the fact that the majority of people who have made use of these new opportunities seems to be very satisfied with the coverage which they were able to obtain.

Would this good fortune last?

According to specialists in the medical industry there is already indications that there may be sharp increases for people who are insured under the affordable care act and these will be implemented during the next 12 months which in many cases will mean only temporary relief from medicaldebt. This is why according to medical care advisors people should do whatever they can to compare the options available to them during the current enrollment period. There are apparently already people whose new policies has been cancel or who was hit with substantial increases because of the requirements which have been included in the regulations regarding these healthcare opportunities and it seems there is still no effective relief from medical debt. There are many reasons why there are people that is not happy with the changes which has been implemented. There are people who were already registered with other healthcare schemes and who have been seduced by the promises which has been made regarding Obama care especially assistance which is being offered for affordable healthcare which has been expected to reduce medical debt. However these people had to struggle through the very difficult navigation process associated with Obamacare and in many cases they were signed up to healthcare insurance which was more expensive while providing less than those to whom they were accustomed.

Will Obama care benefit US citizens over the long term?

The question which should be asked is whether Obama care has been implemented in a concerted effort to assist struggling US citizens who are burdened by medical debt or has it merely been implemented to placate US citizens over the short-term promising them all kinds of fantastic things such as better healthcare and management of medical debt but over the long term very little real benefits will be enjoyed and therefore the lives of most US citizens will continue on its current trend where healthcare costs is still way above the heads of most US citizens and where there is still no real relief for medical debt with which many people seem to be saddled permanently. In other words is an Obama care and the affordable care act sustainable or is the best which government is able to provide merely a temporary respite which over the long term is only going to bring even worse conditions as far as health care and medical debt is concerned? These is the questions for Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump should provide answers for. These is the issues with whom US citizens is struggling right now and voters really have to be more a lot more vocal about these issues in order to force the hands of politicians and policymakers.
